GATE ACCESS

The Sandia Creek Road Committee is pleased to inform you that we are accepting applications from 

Rock Mountain/Gavilan Mountain, Sandía Creek Riverside County residents & all Legal Easement holders who wish to obtain Gate access in through our private portion of Sandia Creek Drive.  

 

You may do so by APPLYING for an ANNUAL GATE PASS here.

 

Access Fee is $688/year, which will be allocated towards the expenses related to operating and maintaining the gates and road maintenance. GATE OPENERS are an additional cost.
